Checked.in would replace Touch Stay as it has the standard digital guide functions but would includes the ability for hosts to add upsells in the “add-on” section as a means of increasing the value offering to guests and increasing revenue.

Will Checked.in integrate with my booking platform i.e. Airbnb?

Yes! We can integrate with Airbnb, Hostfully, Hospitable, Ownerrez, VRBO, Smart Locks, etc. You name it, we’ll connect with them and get integrated.

Do I have to integrate my tech?

No! We have a non-integrated guide option that creates a standard guide that has one link you can use everywhere and every time. We suggest you also create a QR code for easy scanning and permanent use in your stay!

Do I have full edit control of the guide?

Yes! In the Checked.in dashboard, you will have full creative license to make your guide fit your needs. Additionally, if there’s something you’d like to see changed or added, email the contact below to request.

To where, from where, and when is the custom guide link sent to guests?

The custom link is sent to the email used at booking through the checked.in dashboard upon booking confirmation. In the Checked.in dashboard, you can edit the templates for these emails to your liking and they won’t be turned on until you’re guide is perfect.
